ExpandaKiosk Flat Pack Servery Kiosk

ExpandaKiosk is a 6-foot shipping container in light green that is flat-packed, fully insulated, and hand-portable. Its intelligent design and fold-up hatch make it ideal for various applications. ExpandaKiosk offers temporary or semi-permanent space for catering, retail, tourism, and other businesses.

It is a flexible and cost-effective solution. The kiosk can serve food and drinks, provide information, sell retail items, or act as a ticket office.

The Insulated Store is an insulated closed-volume demountable flat pack unit. Assembly of the kiosk is simple, using the nuts and bolts supplied.

Floor
Pre-fitted 18mm grade 3 ‘OSB wood board floor ’ screwed to a galvanized steel profile frame.

Chassis
The chassis is a system constructed from Galvanized U and C Channel steel profiles.

Walls
The panels are made of 0.40mm galvanized steel sheets painted outside and inside. They have a 5-micron primer and a 20-micron finishing coat. Between them, there is a 40-mm polyurethane insulation core. The outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, and the inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.

Roof
The panels are made of 0.40mm galvanized steel sheets on the outer and inner sides. They are painted with a 5-micron primer and a 20-micron finishing coat. Between them, there is a 40 mm polyurethane insulation core. The outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, and the inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White. These are flat-pack bike stores, secure metal motorbike storage, and cycle containers.

Door Panel
0.6 mm corrugated galvanized steel panel. A single door is mounted in a steel frame. It has stainless steel hinges and a two-way locking mechanism. The door also includes locks and a handle for the locking mechanism. The interior core of the door panel is insulated with Glasswool.

Hatch Panel

The panels are made of 0.40mm galvanized steel sheets. They are painted on both the outside and inside. They have a 5-micron primer and a 20-micron finishing coat. Between them, there is a 40 mm polyurethane insulation core. The outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, and the inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White Used 20Ft Open Side / Full Side Access Container.
