SWAP BODY TANK

A swap body tank is larger than the frame. It usually measures 23 or 25 feet long, 7.01 or 7.62 meters.

Swap Body tank containers are built using a 20′ or 23′ container body, and we supply them in size classes ranging between 30-35 m³. Swap Body offers a higher volume than 20′ ISO containers, which is an excellent solution for storage use. The product is designed for train, road, and ferry traffic. For sea cargo, we recommend the 20′ ISO tank container.

A swap-body tank container’s tank is more significant than its frame, making its structure easy to identify. Standard container tanks are made of stainless steel and insulated with 50–200 mm stone wool. Our containers have one to three filling hatches on the roof, airline connections, and a bottom outlet.

All containers have a valid CSC certification and are ISO standard compliant. Rental containers can have accessories like glycol heating. This helps keep the tank’s temperature within the proper limits. We offer new certifications for all containers bought from us. We can also paint or tape them to match your brand’s look. We also provide tank container modifications, including additional connections, sensor installations, and stairs.

Our tank containers are in our central European warehouse. From there, we can quickly deliver them to almost all ports—in 1–3 weeks. Based on their condition, our tank containers are divided into three classes. You can choose one that fits your budget and needs.

We can also supply containers with European cleaning certifications. When you request a quote, please include the product’s English MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and UN number. This will help us determine whether it is suitable for tanks.
